20 Years In And Still Learning
As I step into my 20th year in business, I find myself feeling both proud and deeply inspired. What surprises me most is how much I am still learning, even in just the first couple of weeks of this year. Growth does not slow down with experience. If anything, it becomes more meaningful.
One of the biggest decisions I have made recently is to intentionally create more time and space. Time to think. Space to reflect. Room to step back and truly observe what is working, what is evolving, and where we are headed. Giving myself this breathing room has allowed me to appreciate what is already in place while thoughtfully shaping what comes next.
That clarity matters, especially because I care deeply about the experience we create for every customer who shops with us. I do not just want to sell products. I want to build a gift buying experience that feels thoughtful, joyful, and effortless. A place where customers feel inspired, supported, and excited to give meaningful gifts.
Over the past few months, we have been building a new website platform while continuing to curate the best products we can find. We are approaching buying in focused capsules so that collections feel intentional and ready for milestones like holidays, birthdays, and celebrations. At the same time, we are putting just as much heart into the moments in between.
Because life is not only about big events. It is also about first meals. First days of school. New friendships. Just because gifts. Weekend trips to Grandma’s house. Small surprises that turn ordinary days into memories. These everyday moments matter to us, and we want to make it easier to celebrate them.
At a time when many stores are closing their doors, we are choosing to expand our reach and deepen our connection with families across the country. We are grateful for every customer who shops with us, supports us, and allows us to be part of their milestones and moments.
Twenty years in, and we are still growing, still dreaming, and still committed to creating something meaningful. Thank you for being part of this journey.
