Delivery:

We will carefully package your products to prevent any damage during shipping. Would you like us to gift wrap? Please be sure to select this complimentary service at check out with any message that you would like to include.

We will ship out your order within 48 hours. We will send it USPS or UPS ground with an expected 1 to 3 days from when the package is dropped off at USPS/UPS or picked up by a driver. Expected fulfillment is between 1 to 5 days.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 to all United States Locations except for Hawaii and Alaska. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. We will ship items UPS and provide tracking information for your convenience.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to My Urban Toddler.
