At My Urban Toddler, we believe in celebrating the milestones and the moments in between.
Because childhood isn’t just made of big events — it’s made of the everyday laughter, play, and discovery that shape who our little ones become.
We’re here to help you slow down, find joy in the ordinary, and make those fleeting moments feel extra special. Whether you’re shopping for your baby’s first outfit, a thoughtful gift for a friend, or a toy that inspires imagination, our goal is to help you create space for connection — not just another task on your list.
After my first daughter was born in 2004, I saw a need for a new kind of children’s store — one that offered stylish yet timeless clothing and thoughtfully curated gifts all in one place. Parents and gift-givers wanted more than endless online scrolling or big-box basics. They wanted a destination — a place that felt personal, meaningful, and real. That vision became My Urban Toddler.
As an Ann Arbor native, mom of four, and someone who has worked in both architecture and acting, I bring a unique perspective to children’s retail. For me, it’s about more than clothes — it’s about celebrating childhood in style and honoring the moments that matter most.
Every piece we carry has a story: the designer who imagined it, the creator who made life easier, or the trusted rep who introduced it to me. My hope is that these stories become part of yours — woven into birthday mornings, cozy afternoons, and quiet milestones that make up your family’s story.
Whether you visit us in Ann Arbor or shop online, know that every detail — every bow, book, and blanket — is chosen with curiosity, care, and love.
Thank you for letting us be part of your journey as you raise, celebrate, and cherish your little ones.
With gratitude,
Rosa Lee
